The 22 storey design comprising of two levels of shopping mall project is a catalytic project in the urban regeneration of the Ras Al Khaimah city. A mixed-use development comprising; retail centre, offices and apartments situated on the RAK Waterfront. The development acts as an active edge to the harbor and is adjacent an existing international hotel, adding critical mass to the precinct. The total development area amounted to 191,000sq.m, consisting of five parking levels, eight office floors and seven apartment floors. Twin core lift towers serve the office and apartments. Separate lift and escalators serve the retail levels.
